The Shoreline-Lake Forest Park Arts Council supports and sponsors the arts and artists in the community. The CouncilMore sponsors an Arts in Culture and Children's Series as well as an Artists in Residence program. The Council is also involved with Readers' Theater, the Shoreline Arts Festival and Concerts in the Park.

Shoreline's City Hall Art Gallery features rotating quarterly exhibits featuring three to four artists on the second andMore third floors of City Hall. The gallery, which can show large and small pieces, opened with the new City Hall in 2009. Pieces are solicited through an annual call for artists by the Shoreline-Lake Forest Park Arts Council (www.shorelinearts.net). Most of the work is for sale.
