Champion 'Jumpin’ J’s' Registering for Shoreline, LFP Jump Rope Classs
After-school classes start March 12 at Lake Forest Park's Brookside Elementary and April 20 at Shoreline's Briarcrest Elementary.
The champion “Jumpin’ J’s” jump ropers will launch after-school classes March 12 at Lake Forest Park’s Brookside Elementary and April 20 at Shoreline’s Briarcrest Elementary.
The multi-week classes teach kids a variety of healthy jump rope skills in an environment where they can have fun and make friends. The Jumpin’ J’s family of champions began teaching jump rope classes at Westhill Elementary in Bothell in 2005 and got so many requests to repeat the class they have expanded to other area schools.
Here’s their upcoming class schedule:
- Mondays (through 3/25) Fernwood (Bothell)
- Mondays (4/15 - 5/20) Westgate (Edmonds)
- Tuesdays (3/12 - 4/23) Brookside (LFP)
- Tuesdays (4/30 - 6/4) Briarcrest (Shoreline)
- Wed. (3/6 - 4/10) Moorlands (Kenmore)
- Wed. (4/24 - 5/29) St. Catherine's (Seattle)
- Wed. (4/24 - 5/29) Jane Addams (Seattle)
- Thursdays (3/7 - 4/11) Westhill (Bothell)
- Thursdays (4/25 - 5/30) Cedar Way (MLT)
- Fridays (4/26 - 5/31)- Woodmoor (Bothell)
