Tally Your Steps at Richmond Beach Saltwater Park in June

For the entire month of June, anyone wishing to participate may log their number of steps up the stairs at Richmond Beach Saltwater Park

Are you looking for a new challenge? Is your normal jog getting boring? Then come down to Richmond Beach Saltwater Park during the month of June and participate in the City of Shoreline’s first Stair Climb Fitness Challenge.

For the entire month of June, anyone wishing to participate may log their number of steps up the stairs at Richmond Beach Saltwater Park. A tally sheet will be located at the top of the stairs near the counter bars. A daily tally will be collected and recorded on this web page and the Healthy City Facebook page (facebook.com/Shoreline4Health) so you can track progress and encourage each other to climb toward the goal.

The benefits are numerous: increased cardiovascular endurance and muscle strength, spectacular view, fresh air and the opportunity to make new friends and establish a healthy practice.
