Board meeting starts at 7 p.m. Monday night at Shoreline Center

The Shoreline School Board will vote on whether to approve a new match curriculum for middle school students at its meeting, Monday, May 21st at 7 p.m.

Both programs are published by Pearson and provide a consistent curriculum for kindergarten through high school. Both programs are also fully aligned with the new Common Core Standards.

The Board will also vote to accept several donations in excess of $5,000 as required by Board policy.

The Shorewood Boosters have donated $12,650 to Shorewood High School for video production equipment.

The Shoreline Foundation has donated $11,000 for elementary summer school tuition assistance and $13,000 for secondary summer school tuition assistance.
