WHAT IS THE MOST PRESSING ISSUE FACING VOTERS IN YOUR DISTRICT: State budget

IF ELECTED, WHAT WILL YOU DO IN THE FIRST SIX MONTHS IN OFFICE TO
ADDRESS THIS ISSUE?  I will work with the State Auditor to eliminate wasteful spending and overlapping Government offices.

DO YOU SUPPORT/OPPOSE REFERENDUM 74: SHOULD GAY MARRIAGE BE LEGAL IN WASHINGTON? BRIEFLY, WHY? As a Christian that believes in the Bible, I'm against this. I believe that this is a Moral assault on Christianity and from speaking to a lot of the people that this will affect, they are against it also. Gays have all the rights as married people, if this passes it will force them into marriage to keep those rights, unless they are 62 or older.

DO YOU SUPPORT/OPPOSE, INITIATIVE 502 TO MAKE SMALL AMOUNTS OF
MARIJUANA LEGAL TO PEOPLE 21 AND OLDER? BRIEFLY, WHY?Against. Those pushing this use the tax gain as the main reason for doing this. I ask one thing, the tax raised from alcohol does that pay for all the damage done by alcohol abuse? The tax raised from tobacco sales does that pay for the damage done by tobacco? Being involved with the Drug and Alcohol addicted( Snohomish County Alcohol and Drug Advisory Board)  there's no way could I approve of legalizing drugs. I've seen first hand now parents will put their drug needs ahead of their children's needs, and to make this a legal drug would open the door to allow more adults to have drug problems.
