MOTORCYCLE STOLEN: A woman reported a motorcycle was stolen from the 15530 block of Bothell Way N.E.
FLOWER POT STOLEN: Employees at Acacia Memorial Park and Funeral Home, 14951 Bothell Way N.E., saw a woman steal a flower pot. She later admitted stealing the flowers "on impulse" and said they were in the trunk of her car.
THE ERIK SITUATION: A woman who lives in the 14800 block of Bothell Way N.E. called police about a man named Erik who had been staying at her apartment on and off for the last month. She wanted Erik to get his items and leave. The woman, who has cognitive disabilty said she was sexually assaulted by Erik after he had her smoke crack with him at a house in South Park in Seattle. The woman said she changed the locks on the apartment and is now scared of Erik. An officer checked the apartment complex and to see if Erik could be found and get his property. Erik was not at the complex or at her apartment. The officer had the woman call Erik and tell him she would arrange for him to get his property and that officers would be there, and he said that was fine. The officer told the woman to obtain a restraining order when she gets more information about Erik.
THEFT: A woman was shopping at Albertson's on Aug. 29 about 3:19 p.m. when she was unloading items into her car and while she was returning her cart to the cart area, someone grabbed one of her bags that contained her change purse and left with it. She had about $45 in cash, change and her Wells Fargo debit card in it.
THEFT: Someone smashed a back window out of a Toyota Rav 4 at the Forest Park Condos at 19117 Ballinger Way N.E. and stole two backpacks.
THEFT: A man was found walking in parking lot of the Balaton Condos in the 2500 block of N.E. 191st St. carrying a package and a black jacket. He was acting erratic and was talking about someone giving him a Bible and living in the condo complex. The package was from Amazon.com and had been taken from a porch on 25th Ave. N.E. The man was arrested for Theft 3 and a crack pipe was found in his left pocket.
