All Thumbs? City of Shoreline Offering Home Improvement Consultations

On April 30 and May 30, those in need of advice on home improvement issues can get free consultations with city construction and development staff.

Residents with a home improvement project in mind but unsure how to start or in need of advice can take advantage of events on April 30 and May 30 by the Shoreline Planning and Community development Department.

The free 15-minute one-on-one consultations are with the city construction and development staff. You can request a session on one or both dates, whether it is for remodels, driveway replacements, drainage issues or deck projects.

The city is also inviting home improvements merchants, contractors and service providers to attend. There will be work tables, maps, and permitting information available.

The sessions will be in the city council chambers, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on both dates, April 30 and May 30. To sign up find an email form by clicking here.
