Suspect Sketch Released in Edmonds Robbery, Similar to Shoreline Case

The description is similar to that of a man who tried to rob Gourmet Latte last week.

Edmonds Police have released a sketch of a man suspected in a tanning salon robbery in that city--a man whose description was similar to that of a person suspected of trying to rob a Shoreline espresso stand last week.

The robbery attempt at Gourmet Latte on Thursday, May 30, was similar to a robbery Wednesday at Tropical Tan in Edmonds.

The suspect in this case is described as a white male in his late teens, approximately 5’11”, medium build with short blond hair. The suspect was wearing a red baseball hat, red plaid short-sleeve button down shirt, blue jeans and was described as being “clean cut." He was driving a white, four-door Chevy Malibu.

Edmonds Police say the suspect is believed to be responsible for similar crimes in other jurisdictions. If this person or vehicle looks familiar, please call the Edmonds Police Department at 425-771-0200 or the Tip Line at 425-771-0212.
