Shoreline Police Blotter: Woman With Warrants Admits to Prostitution Ads
The following blotter items range from June 3, 2012 – June 5, 2012. Information on arrests is supplied by the Shoreline Police Department. The reports do not indicate a conviction.
JUNE 3
FAMILY DISTURBANCE: Police responded to a call at a home where they had previously responded to a domestic violence call. This time the reporting victim's boyfriend was smoking crack in her backyard.
PROPERTY FOUND: A gun was found in a U-Haul truck, at the U-Haul on Aurora Avenue N.

ACCIDENT: A driver crashed into a tree, for no apparent reason, in the 18000 block of Meridian Avenue.
DISTURBANCE: Police responded to a domestic violence call after a former couple, with a child, became involved in a shoving match, in the 19700 block of 10th Avenue N.E.

JUNE 4
WARRANT: A man was arrested, with a felony warrant, at the McDonalds on Ballinger Way.
MENTAL COMPLAINTS: A woman, living in Paramount House, reported that someone was pointing a gun at her and trying to kill her, but she didn't know why.
BURGLARY: Someone committed commercial burglary at the Shoreline Children's Center. The pried open the cash drawer using a pair of scissors and stole money.
CREDIT CARD FRAUD: A woman received a package from Best Buy, containing a Wii game, that she didn't order, purchased with her credit card. On the same order were iTunes songs, that she also did not order.
LARCENY: An unlocked bicycle was stolen from a hallway in the Ballinger Commons.
JUNE 5
WARRANT: A woman, arrested in the 15700 block of Dayton Avenue N., was arrested with criminal warrants and admitted to having prostitution ads on backpage.com.
BURGLARY: Burglary was committed in a low income housing complex that houses convicted felons.
BURGLARY: Someone cut the lock and rifled through the contents of an outdoor cooler at Todo Mexico.
TRAFFIC COMPLAINT: Someone reported encountering the same car, twice in one week, going over 50 mph in a 25 zone. The driver is described as a white male.
LARCENY: Someone attempting to shoplift alcohol, from the Safeway on 15th Avenue N.E., dropped the bottle when they were confronted by security.
