The following blotter items are from Shoreline Police reports from March 8-13, 2011.

March 8

BURGLARY: Someone broke a basement window and burglarized a home in the 600 block of N.W. 178th Place.

March 9

VANDALISM: Someone keyed vehicles with a sharp object in the 17400 block of 12th Ave. N.E.

March 10

THREATS: A man in the 20300 block of 14th Ave. N.E. reported that his neighbor threatened to kill him.

LARCENY, MORE THAN $250: Someone broke a driver's side window of a vehicle in the Home Depot parking lot at 1335 N. 205th St. and stole items.

BURGLARY: Someone forced open the back door of a home in the 14800 block of Meridian Ave. N. and stole laptops, a camera and jewelry.

March 11

LARCENY, LESS THAN $250: A resident of Arabella Apartments, 17700 15th Ave. N.E. reported that 38 Hydrocodone tablets were taken from her bathroom and two maids were the only ones with access while she was gone. 

MARIJUANA: The principal at Kellogg Middle School received information that a student might have drugs in her backpack. A search turned up a bud of marijuana which was sold to her by a suspect.

DISTURBANCE: An underage drinking party in the 14500 Phinney Ave. N. with likely  marijuana use was discovered by police. The residents, who had been warned before, were cited for a noise ordinance infraction and warned about minor in possession and providing a premise.

March 12

TRESPASS: A trespass order was asked for by the management at Starbucks at 1295 N. 205th St. regarding a man loitering outside the door begging for money.

BURGLARY: Someone broke a glass door entered a residence and stole electronics in the 15500 block of 11th Ave. N.E.

LARCENY, LESS THAN $250: A man was given a trespass order from Big Lots, 15403 Westminster Way, after he was caught shoplifting blackberries.

March 13

ILLEGAL BURNING: A male person set fire to his girlfriend's Ouija board because it was evil at King's Elementary School, 19531 Dayton Ave. N.

BURGLARY: Someone entered a duplex in the 17300 Stone Court N. and returned to find items missing from his house.
