Shoreline Police Blotter: Man Robs Coffee Stand, Wrestles with Victim

NOV 14
DISTURBANCE: A man and his girlfriend of 20 years were involved in a verbal argument.
TRESPASS: An intoxicated man began fighting with a security guard at Goldie’s Casino.

BURGLARY: Someone stole musical instruments and microphones from the First Christian Reformed Church.
THREATS: A man threatened to post pictures of his ex-girlfriend in lingerie on the internet. He then posted the pictures on a website for personal ads.

OVERDOSE: Someone overdosed on heroin in their apartment in the 14500 block of Whitman Ave. N.
NOV 15
LARCENY: Three black females in their 20’s stole a bag full of jeans from Sears on Aurora Ave. N.
BURGLARY: A man and a woman were seen breaking into a home, in the 17000 block of 8th Ave. N.E., exiting with television and driving away in a Chevrolet Impala.
PROSTITUTION: A known prostitute was removed from the Rodeway Inn on Aurora Ave N.
NOV 16
LARCENY: A student at Shorewood High School left his backpack unattended during lunch and his iPad was stolen.
MENTAL COMPLAINTS: A missing 45-year-old man, with the mental capacity of a 5-year-old, was found at Northwest Hospital.
NOV 17
LARCENY: Someone stole various baby products from Rite Aid on Ballinger Way N.
BURGLARY: A laptop, Wi-Fi card and checkbook were stolen from a home in the 18000 block of 15th Ave. N.W.
NOV 18
LARCENY: A man ran out of Home Depot with an armful of products, without attempting to pay.
STALKING: A man received harassing text messages from, who he believed to be, his ex-boyfriend.
NOV 19
ROBBERY: A man jumped into the window of a coffee stand and grabbed money from the till. He went through the barista’s purse and wrestled with the victim when they attempted to get the purse back.
DRUNKNESS: A highly intoxicated person fell asleep on the ground at the Aurora Village Transit Center.
VANDALISM: A group of mailboxes, in the 16700 block of Linden Ave. N., have been damaged and vandalized multiple times over the last few months.
