Shoreline Police Blotter: Man Brandishes Black Handgun at Stoplight
The following blotter items from Nov. 20- Nov. 26 and information on arrests were supplied by the Shoreline Police Department. The reports do not indicate a conviction.
NOV 20
ASSAULT: A wife scratched her husband and ripped his shirt during a domestic dispute about attending church.
ASSAULT: Two adults, living together in an apartment in the 1300 block of N. 175th St., were involved in a physical altercation, in which one was hit with a cane.

NARCOTICS ACTIVITY: An anonymous complaint of narcotics activity was reported at the Rodeway Inn on Aurora Ave. N.
NOV 21

MARIJUANA POSSESSION: Someone driving with a suspended license and no insurance was in possession of eight grams of marijuana in the 16900 block of Aurora Ave. N.
LARCENY: $250 worth of traffic signs was stolen from the 19200 block of Aurora Ave. N.
ASSAULT: A 20-something, white man pointed a black handgun at a man waiting at a stoplight, at the corner of N.E. 155th St. and 15th Ave. N.E. He asked, “Should I shoot you?” then laughed and drove away, in a white 4-door car with a dented passenger door.
ASSAULT: A couple became involved in a physical altercation.
NOV 22
VANDALISM: An unknown person slashed two tires on a 2003 Mitsubishi Eclipse in the 15800 block of 28th Ave. N.E.
LARCENY: Two middle school girls stole cold medicine, food and gift cards from QFC.
PROSTITUTION: Two females were removed from the Rodeway Inn parking lot on Aurora Ave. N.E. for prostitution.
NOV 23
HARRASSMENT: A known suspect has been sending emails of an inappropriate nature to City Hall employees, as well as some volunteers with the neighborhood programs.
ASSAULT: A woman struck her sister’s ex-boyfriend in the face when he entered her apartment uninvited.
ROBBERY: Someone was robbed on the sidewalk in front of the Rodeway Inn.
NOV 24
FAMILY DISTURBANCE: A married couple was involved in a loud verbal dispute as they drove around in the Shoreline area.
ASSAULT: A man punched another player in the face, during a flag football game.
NOV 25
OBSTRUCTION: A woman was arrested for refusing to identify herself during a routine traffic stop.
FRAUD: A man entered a Radio Shack on Aurora Ave. N. and attempted to buy items with a stolen check.
VANDALISM: Hillwood Park and Einstein Middle School was vandalized with the tag “JOKR” in white spray paint.
NOV 26
NARCOTICS ACTIVITY: A woman reported marijuana being grown, in tents, in the subdivided house that she lives in.
