Shoreline Police Blotter: Crack Party Busted at Rodeway Inn
The following blotter items from Sept. 6- Sept. 12 and information on arrests were supplied by the Shoreline Police Department. The reports do not indicate a conviction.
SEPT 6
THEFT: A man stole his now former employer’s Isuzu van and spent nearly $4000 on the company’s credit card.
DRUG USE: A crack party was busted in a room at the Rodeway Inn on Aurora Ave.

RECKLESS ENDANGERMENT: A couple was smoking heroin, in their car, in the 1500 block of N.E. 175th St., while their three-year-old daughter sat in the back seat.

STOLEN PROPERTY: Someone stole a Nintendo Wii from their grandparents’ house and pawned it with a friend.
CHILD LURING: A male, of unknown race, was attempting to lure children into his car using candy and dolls in the 1500 block of Dayton Ave. N.
LARCENY: Someone stole a bike off their new neighbor’s porch and pawned it.
SEPT 8
VANDALISM: An unknown suspect broke into a used car lot in the 16000 block of Aurora Ave. N. and cut a hole in the roof of a car.
ASSAULT: A man was arrested after stabbing his cousin in the arm. There was a standing no-contact order between the two family members.
SEPT 9
ASSAULT: An argument between two people in a car parked in a Fred Meyer parking lot on Aurora Ave. N. led to one of the involved party’s finger being broken.
DRUG PARAPHENELIA: Someone left a bong on the seat of a metro bus, route 68.
FAMILY DISTURBANCE: A child called 911 after his parents became involved in a heated exchange in the Ballinger Commons.
SEPT 10
BURGLARY: Someone kicked in the backdoor of a secluded home, in the 19300 block of 204th Ave. N.W., and stole electronics.
MENTAL COMPLAINTS: A women was found disoriented, walking on Fremont Ave. N., wearing a helmet and a hospital gown. She had walked away from a hospital without being released after having brain surgery.
LARCENY: An unknown suspect stole a wallet from at customer at a QFC in Richmond beach and made fraudulent charges with one of the credit cards.
SEPT 11
MARIJUANA: Four people sitting in a vehicle in the parking lot of an apartment complex in the 14800 block of Whitman Ave. N. were in possession of 22.7 grams of marijuana.
ASSAULT: A landlord, in the 1200 block of N.E. 188 St., slapped his tenant in the face.
VANDALISM: There was vandalism reported at Shorewood High School.
SEPT 12
WEAPONS: Someone, arrested at a Fred Meyer on Aurora Ave. N., was in possession of dangerous weapons. They also had warrants and they provided false information.
PROSTITUTION: Police arrested a prostitute and an individual with marijuana near the Hideaway Casino on Whitman Ave. N.
