Overnight Shoreline Death Ruled a Suicide
The King County Medical Examiner's Office said that Douglas R. Ramm, found by police in a car in Shoreline, died from self-inflicted wounds.
The King County Medical Examiner's Office this afternoon released the name of a man found dead in a car near the Shoreline library early Wednesday morning, May 22, and ruled his death a suicide.
Douglas R. Ramm, 45, died on the night of May 21st from "multiple incised wounds" on his neck, according to the Medical Examiner's report.
A Shoreline Police Officer found Ramm when he approached a car that was stopped on NE 174th Street with it's hazard lights flashing.
