A witness was on the bridge prior to her jumping who made the initial call to 911, according to State Patrol Detective Ruth Medeiros.

"We have located three vehicles that struck Kelsey but we believe there could be other vehicles, one of the vehicles is possibly a red pickup with matching red canopy," Medeiros said. "We are also still looking for the semi truck that struck her.  The only identifying information we have on the semi is that it was a semi with a container type trailer."

If you wish to make a donation in memory of Kelsey Lippincott, a fund has been set up at Wells Fargo bank branches.
