This incident happened where there is construction and the lanes narrows down to only one lane. Witnesses say that the car sideswiped the biker.  The driver did pull over and speak to the victim and witnesses.  No information was obtained or exchanged. Onlookers told the car driver to stay but the driver drove off. The police are searching for silver; Toyota Camry driven by an older Asian man last seen driving north bound on 522.

WOMAN SERIOUSLY INJURED:  No approximate address given.  A man living in Sacramento, CA called LFP Police to check up on his elderly mom.  The son called many times to his mother’s house but received only the voicemail each time. He was concerned about his mom because she is older and on several different medications.  The police attempted to contact the woman but received no response.  Upon arrival at the home in LFP, police looked into the basement window and saw a large amount of blood on the floor.  Before making a forced entry, the police saw the mom peeking out of a window but she refused to open the door.  Eventually, the police were able to persuade the woman to answer the phone and open the front door.  The police found out that she had fallen down the stairs that morning and suffered a large gash on the back of her head.  Medics treated her at her home and transported her to NW Hospital.  Her daughter met her at the hospital.
