LFP Police Blotter: Intoxicated Man Yelling In Middle of Street.

The following blotter items and information from Sept. 19-25 were selected from the Lake Forest Park Police Department. The reports do not indicate a conviction.

September 19

DOWN CABLE LINES: At the 18000 block of Forest Park DR NE a truck drove past a house and tore down the cable lines. Officers arrived and removed the lines from the roadway.

VEHICLE BREAK–IN: At the 16000 block of Beach DR NE a laptop was taken our of a person’s vehicle.

September 20

UNKNOWN VEHICLE: At the 4600 block of NE 175th ST a van was partially parked on the sidewalk with two flat tires.  The van has been at that location for two weeks. There is no known owner.

THEFT: At the 3500 block of NE 148th ST a laptop was stolen.

INTOXICATED MALE: At the 19000 block of 35th AVE NE a man was found standing in the street yelling. He was very intoxicated. He stated that he was going to go home and contact the feds and get things cleared up. Police convinced him that would be a good idea.

TRESPASSING: At the 5100 block of NE 184th ST a couple returned home and found an unknown woman in their driveway. When he confronted her she told them she was just driving by, thought their house was cute and was wondering if it was for sale. The woman was advised to leave the property. There was no sign of break in.

September 21

HEALTH CRISIS: At the 19000 block of 53rd AVE NE an elderly male fell into the middle of the street. Aid came to the scene.

DOG BARKING: At the 17000 28th AVE NE a dog has been barking nonstop for two days.

SEPTEMBER 22

UNKNOWN NOISE: At the 3600 block of NE 155th ST a man living in an apartment continues to be woken up by something crashing on the floor of the apartment above him. He says this occurs nightly.

ACCIDENTAL CALL: At the 20000 block of 54th LN NE a woman called police and hung up. Police contacted her and she said she didn’t mean to call. She had just retuned from a trip and was very tired. She apologized to dispatchers.

ACCIDENT: At the 17000 block of Bothell Way NE a man witnessed an elderly gentlemen drive his vehicle into a parked car. The witness obtained the man’s information and contacted the owner of the victim vehicle. He did not want to do anything regarding the small mark left on his car.

September 23

GRAFFITI: At the 17000 block of 37th AVE NE two metal street signs were damaged by pen ink graffiti.  “MASK” was tagged in red.

BICYCLIST WARNING: At the 15000 block of 37th AVE NE a bicyclist was warned for running two stop signs.

September 24

TRAFFIC SIGN DOWN: At NE 175th ST and 47th AVE NE a stop sign was found on the ground. A temporary stop sign on a barricade was installed.

DISTURBING THE PEACE: At the 15000 block of Bothell way NE a man claims he was locked out of his apartment. He was yelling at the entrance to be let in but no one new him or recognized him as a tenant.

TRESSPASSING: AT the 18000 block of 37th AVE NE an employee of Lake Forest Park Elementary contacted the police. She suspected there was a child on the roof of the building. When police arrived the child was nowhere to be found.

September 25

DISTURBING THE PEACE: At the 15000 block of Bothell Way NE three intoxicated males decided to go for a walk and when it started raining they began yelling.

SPRAY PAINT VEHICLES: At the 3000 Block of NE 178th ST two vehicles were found spray-painted. They had been parked in the same place over night.
