Assault, burglary, broken water pipe, graffiti and a person trapped in an elevator

The following items selected from Lake Forest Park police reports are from Feb. 10-13, 2011.

Feb. 10

ASSAULT: A 51-year-old man wanted for fourth-degree domestic assault returned to the residence in the 18300 block of 28th Ave. N.E. and said he was "going to beat everyone up." He went in a trailer and a person in the locked house called police. Police arrested the man on suspicion domestic violence assault and he was booked into the King County Jail.

Feb. 11

 BURGLARY: A pet sitter in the 4900 block of NE 180th St. called police because it appeared the home had been broken into and items were missing.

Feb. 12

 WATER MAIN: A water main pipe in the 19400 block of 28th Ave. NE appeared to have been broken as water was bubbling up in several places. Public Works was called to fix it.

 Feb. 13

 DISTURBANCE: Someone called police to report that a group of up to 10 people was hanging out near the market at 35th Ave. NE and Ballinger Way playing loud music.

 GRAFITTI: Police found pen ink on street sign with the tag “AHAB” in the 17000 block of 37th Ave. N.E.

 ASSISTANCE NEEDED: Someone stuck in the elevator at the Watercrest Apartments 14812 Bothell Way N.E. rang the emergency bell and someone else called the police. The person was rescued by NorthShore Fire Department.
