Lake Forest Park Police Blotter, Aug. 29 - Sept. 4

The following blotter items and information on arrests were selected from the Lake Forest Park Police Department. The reports do not indicate a conviction.

August 29

MISSING PERSON: At the 3300 block of NE 202nd ST a woman reported her husband missing. He has some mental health issues.

TRESPASSING: At the 3500 block of NE 153RD ST the front door of a woman’s apartment was kicked in when she arrived home. Nothing was taken from the apartment and no one was there when she arrived home.

August 30

POSSIBLE DUI: At the 16000 block of Bothell Way NE a car was seen swerving all over the road. A witness called police and she stated that the driver had pulled into the Kidney Center and was leaning against his car.

STOLEN BICYCLE: At 38th AVE NE and Bothell Way NE two juveniles were seen taking bicycles that did not belong to them. When police caught up with them. They dropped the bikes and admitted that they did not belong to them.

NOISE DISTURBANCE: At the 4000 block of NE 185th St. a neighbor reported a constant chain saw in use, every day for the last week. Nothing can be done because the noise is mechanical and is legally permitted. 

August 31

GRAFFITI: At the 15000 block of 35th AVE NE a subject reported new graffiti all over a stop sign at the intersection of 156th and 35th AVE.

VEHICLE BREAK-IN: At the 19000 block of 32nd AVE NE a woman’s vehicle was broken into and her diaper bag, Bluetooth headset, and car charger for her cell phone were taken.

LOST DOGS: At the 1900 block of 47th AVE NE two pit-bulls were seen off leash at a park and now cannot be located.

September 1

TRESPASSING: At the 17000 block of 28th a house was egged overnight.

RACCOONS: At the 16000 block of 38th AVE NE a subject called police concerning noise coming from his garage. After investigating he realized the noise was coming from two raccoons that had climbed in through the window.

HEALTH CRISIS: AT the 19000 block of 37th AVE NE a male came home to find a man on his back porch that was not breathing. Aid arrived on scene.

September 2

STOLEN PURSE: At the 17000 block of 29th AVE NE a woman’s purse was stolen while she was at a park.

CONVICTED FELON: At the 14000 block of Bothell Way NE police locked a man  out of his car of his car because he was a convicted felon.

September 3

DRUG USE: At the 3600 block of NE 197th ST, kids pulled up in a large Chevy and they were drinking and smoking pot. They were located by police and the small amount of pot was confiscated. They were sent home. 

VEHICLE BREAK-IN: At the 15000 block of 37th AVE NE two vehicles were broken into. An ipod, music CDs, registration and ID were taken.

September 4

LOUD MUSIC: At the 17000 block of Ballinger Way loud music was heard coming from the alleyway.

ALTERCATION: At the 3300 block of NE 202ND ST a man called police claiming that his neighbor had harassed him continually for the last 10 years. There were no threats made or criminal charges so it was hard for the police to pursue the case.

BREAK-IN: At the 3600 block of NE 155th ST a woman’s door lock was tampered with while she was away. The deadbolt lock was seriously damaged.
