FBI Seeks Suspect in Robberies of Banks Including Shoreline's Opus Bank
Agents with the FBI Seattle Safe Streets Task Force suspect he might be same same man who robbed banks in Kirkland, Bellevue, Bothell, Shoreline and Lynnwood.
The FBI is seeking information on a white male in his late 30s to early 40s who robbed the Key Bank on Juanita Drive in Kirkland Thursday morning and might have previously robbed banks in Bellevue, Shoreline, Bothell and Lynnwood.
The man, between 5-foot-10 and six feet and between 150-180 pounds (see attached photos) hit the bank at about 9:33 a.m. Thursday. He used a note that threatened that he had a gun, according to a press release from the Seattle office of the FBI.
His appearance and method of operation, or “MO,” resemble that of the robber at four other other banks, all robbed earlier this year, the release said.
He is a possible suspect in robberies at the following banks:
