It was Shoreline police Detective Robert Inn who used numerous surveillance techniques and worked closely with churches to catch the suspect, who was identified from physical evidence collected by the original investigating officers at numerous churches.

The suspect was arrested Thursday, Dec. 20, booked into King County Jail for investigation of numerous burglaries.

Inn has been in contact with the Seattle Police, which has identified numerous churches in Seattle associated with the suspect.
