Car Thief Steals 1989 Cadillac Convertible from LFP Resident

On Sept. 19 someone stole a 1989 Cadillac convertible from a home in the 2800 block of N.E. 195th St.

September 17

SUSPICIOUS CIRMCUMSTANCES: A man was found pacing around cars in the southwest corner of the Watercrest Apartments, 14800 block of Bothell Way N.E.

He had a pair of vise grips in his hands. He told police he was a transient and was warned about trespassing.

THEFT FROM VEHICLE: Someone took a cell phone and iPod from what may have been an unlocked vehicle in the 3800 block of N.E. 150th St.

THEFT FROM VEHICLE: Someone took a camera and a small amount of cash from an unlocked 2012 Honda CRV in the 14700 block of 38th Ave. N.E.

September 18

THEFT FROM VEHICLE: Someone stole a wallet from an unlocked gray 2004 Mazda at the Sheridan Beach Apartments, 15500 block of Bothell Way N.E.

September 21

SPILL: A resident called concerned about an apparent hydralic spill by an Allied Waste garbage truck on Sept. 19. Fluid had soaked into the asphalt on the street, the resident said. Police contacted Scott Walker in Public Works and Walker said he would look into placing petroleum absorbent pads at the sewer drains. The resident said he would call Allied to express his concerns about the spill with them.

BURGLARY: A burglary was reported in the 18900 block of Forest Park Drive N.E.

September 22

HIT & RUN: A driver of a vehicle hit a vehicle stopped at the intersection of N.E. 153rd St. and Bothell Way N.E., which sustained minor front and rear damage after bumping a third car in front of it. The driver alleged to have caused the accident left the scene.

September 23

DUI: A 41-year-old driver of a truck with a canopy was arrested for drunk driving in the 17000 block of Bothell Way N.E.
