Burglary Suspect on the Loose in LFP

Forest Park Drive resident saw man flee after taking screen off window

A resident in the 19200 block of Forest Park Drive NE heard scratching noises at a window Monday, March 28 at 9 a.m. while he was still inside the house, according to Lake Forest Park Police.

He opened the curtains in the children’s bedroom window and saw a suspect almost finished removing a screen.  The suspect looked at the resident then fled the location, heading west on Forest Park Drive. The resident waited 45 minutes to call 911, so when officers searched the area for the suspect could not be found because of the delay.
