A man who police say robbed a bank in Seattle, weaved his way through Shoreline and crashed his car near the Edmonds ferry dock on Saturday is being held at King County Jail on $750,000 bail.
Charges could be filed today by prosecutors against Jeffrey Trask, a 30-year-old from Beaverton, OR.
Trask is suspected of robbing a Wells Fargo bank in Northgate and leading police on a chase through Shoreline and crashing an SUV in front of Anthony's in Edmonds on Admiral Way.
A bomb squad was called to the scene because the suspect told employees at the bank that he had explosives.
It was later determined that an item that looked was a pipe bomb was not an explosive.
