The only Access to Point Wells is through Ronald Wastewater

From the beginning, the City of Shoreline has always wanted to acquire Ronald Wastewater District and SPU. So say the proponents of a Ronald assumption by the City, an issue of importance to this November's election of 2 Ronald Board Commissioners. Despite hard evidence to the contrary, why do these aging witnesses remain so certain about events that took place 19 years ago? Could it be that from the incorporation committee's first steps in 1994, it was also always their intent to annex Point Wells and redevelop it, and in order to fully capitalize on that annexation, the City would need to take over the Ronald Wastewater District, which serves Point Wells?
