Mars Hill Noise Problem

This is what the jerks at Mars Hill Church wake me up with nearly every Sunday Morning, often as early as 7am!  The level hovers in the low-to-mid 60s, until the band stops, then it drops below 50, making it undetectable by my meter.  Mars Hill people have refused to turn it down.

This "music" is so loud, several people have called the cops in Shoreline, WA, who REFUSED to do anything. They would not enforce the noise ordinance which it clearly violates.  It took me presenting a petition from my neighborhood presented at a city council meeting to get the City of Shoreline to do anything about it.  They sent out a person with a decibel meter (like the one in the video) to read the levels.  I watched as she stood in my front yard recording readings as high as 85, pulsing in time with the "music".  Her report said she did not consider MHC a contributor to the noise, and blamed her reading on traffic and birds.  I don't know why her report contradicted the evidence I saw, but I have some suspicions.

This has GOT TO STOP. Ideas?
