It does not matter what the City of Shoreline calls it. Half of the voters in the Ronald Wastewater District service area clearly do not want to transfer control of our existing sewer utility without an election. Half the voters. That is way more than the 15% petition signatures required for a Referendum, which is provided under Shoreline's own Municipal Code.Tell your City Council (if they ever manage to repair all of their website links they broke on Election Day).
