Richmond Beach Community Association's annual tradition draws hundreds

RBCA's annual Halloween Carnival is a timeless tradition in the community. This event features traditional carnival games with prizes, inflatables, a haunted house, cake walk, a raffle and food. As far as old-fashioned carnivals go, this one is truly exceptional and prices are family friendly.
