New/Expectant Parents through age 5 Play Date

We are a supportive community for parents and their young children.  Participants in the Baby ‘N Me class connect with other moms and dads, enhance parenting skills, and gain confidence in a safe, stimulating, green environment.  While parents learn effective communication and child-guidance strategies, babies have fun engaging in parallel play and being exposed to a regular, familiar group of friendly faces.

A typical class includes discussion time to seek advice on challenges, and share joys and concerns; baby yoga and massage; music and movement; and unstructured play.  Parents broaden their understanding of child development in areas such as feeding, sleeping, motor skills, language, cognitive changes, and social-emotional growth.
