Bryan Johnston


Author of Man with a Gun, and ten-time Emmy award winner, will be at Third Place books on January 11th, 2013.


After a short reading from Man with a Gun, there will be a discussion about the assassination of John F. Kennedy. The panel for the discussion includes:


Dr. Donald Miller


Professor of surgery at the UW School of Medicine. He has been studying the Kennedy assassination for over 45 years.


Author of “Pursuing Truth on the Kennedy Assassinations.”


Kenneth Scearce


Seattle attorney and Kennedy assassination enthusiast.


Author of “Hidden in Plain View—The First Dealey Plaza shot in the Zapruder film”.


Michael Reagan


Founder of the Fallen Heroes Project.


Creates hand drawn portraits of men and women who died in the service of their country and gives them to the family members.


($1 for every copy of Man with a Gun will be donated to this foundation)


Bryan will act as mediator and then panel members will have 10 minutes each to make their case. Mr. Scearce will present why he feels Oswald acted alone, after which Dr. Miller will offer his case as to why he feels Oswald did not act alone. Following this debate Bryan will introduce Mr. Reagan to talk about his foundation and the remarkable stories associated with it.


After the discussion, there will be a Q and A session and  Bryan will sign copies of his book.
