A Deeper Journey with God

Daily, we hurry from one activity to another in busy schedules. We are in constant electronic contact with the world around us.

  • Is there is another way to live?
  • Is there something more meaningful, more
connected to the deeper realities of existence?
  • Is there anything larger than we are?
  • Is there something more creative, loving, and hopeful
    to experience and trust?

The Rev. Canon John Fergueson explores and discusses these
questions and more in A Deeper Journey with God. This series is open to any interested adult and high school aged
person. No prior registration is necessary.

A Deeper Journey with
God
is on Sunday mornings from October 6 through 27, 2013, and November 10
through 17, 2013, from 9:30 am to 10:20 am. The sessions are in the Education
Building at Church of the Redeemer, 6211 NE 182nd Street, Kenmore, Washington.

Proof of Heaven

The October 6 and 13, 2013, sessions of A Deeper Journey with God are a discussion of the book Proof of Heaven. Written by Dr. Eben
Alexander, a neurosurgeon, Proof of Heaven describes Eben's personal experiences of a deeper level of human experience.
Canon Fergueson says, "We are using this book as a non-theological resource to open thought and discussion about the possibility of that deeper level of human experience."

You are encouraged to read the book prior to attending these

discussions.
