VIDEO: Shoreline Celebrates 16 Years
The City of Shoreline marked its 16th year with a parade and a festival at Ridgecrest Elementary
Dozens of community groups and businesses filed down NE 165th Street Saturday in a parade to mark the 16th anniversary of Shoreline's incorporation.
The parade was part of a weeklong celebration of Shoreline that included a car show, a jazz walk, a sandcastle contest and a city festival.
The festival brought vendors from throughout Shoreline, as well as live music and plenty of campaigning on the part of local political candidates.
