Power Restored in Shoreline After Bird Causes Outage Affecting 2,500 Customers

Power restored at 7:20 a.m.

After an early morning outage at 5:30 a.m. caused about 2,500 customers to lose power in Shoreline and north Sdattle, Seattle City Light crews restored power at 7:25 a.m.

A bird caused a short circuit and tripped a circuit.

The outage's rough boundaries were N.E. Perkins Way to the north, N.E. 125th St. to the south, Meridian Ave. South to the west and 35th Ave. N.E. to the east.
