Seahawks - Preseason Game 4

  • Where/When: 7:30 p.m. Fri, Sep 2 at Ringer's Pub & Grill in Mountlake.
  • Why Go: If you're looking to catch the final Seahawk preseason game this Friday, Ringer's is probably your safest bet. They have several HDTV's scattered throughout the bar so even if you don't get a great seat, you'll still have a decent view. So grab some friends and head out to Ringer's for some drinks, food and hopefully a great football game.
  • Cost: No cover.

  • Where/When:  10 a.m. - 4 p.m. Thursday through Saturday at the Shoreline Historical Museum.
  • Why Go: If you haven't seen the Shoreline Historical Museum's new location, this open house is the perfect opportunity to do so. There's all sorts of new stuff to see including the brand new exhibit, Linking the Community Through Time: People and the Connections that Bring Us Together.
  • Cost: Free.

 

  • Where/When: Friday through Monday in downtown Edmonds.
  • Why Go: Come out to downtown Edmonds for all your shopping needs this weekend. Store keepers throughout the town will be lining the sidewalks with items priced to sell as they make room for their new fall inventories. Not a big shopper? Come out for the treasure hunt instead. Just pick up your treasure map and clue sheet at any shop with a skull and crossbones in the window.
  • Cost: Free.

 

  • Where/When: 8 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, 2 p.m. on Sunday at .
  • Why Go: It's opening weekend for The Phoenix Theatre's newest production, Bedtime Stories. The Phoenix Theatre always puts on a great show and Bedtime Stories should be no different. Be the first of your friends to see this hilarious new play.
  • Cost: General Admission: $18.50; Seniors/Students/Military: $15.50.

 

  • Where/When: 9:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, Sunday and Monday at .
  • Why Go: It's the last weekend of the 2011 season for Yost Pool, and it's fixing to be a hot one. So grab some friends and cool off by taking a dip in the outdoor pool.
  • Cost: $3.50 - $5 drop in fee.

 

  • Where/When: 7:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday at Third Place Commons.
  • Why Go: If you're looking for free live music this weekend, Third Place Commons has you covered. Blue & Lonesome will be pumping out the blues classics, jump blues and swing tunes on Friday and the Sophisticated Swing Band perform on Saturday.
  • Pricing: Free.
