  • Where/When: 11:30 a.m. on Sat, Oct. 29 at Animal Acres Park in Lake Forest Park.
  • Why Go: In a gesture of international friendship, and in honor of Lake Forest Park's 50th Anniversary, the Peruvian Consulate, which is located in Lake Forest Park, will be presenting a statue of Admiral Miguel Grau Seminario as a gift to the City from the people of Peru.
  • Pricing: Free.

  • Why Go: Stop by Third Place Commons between 1 p.m. and 1:45 p.m. to catch these spooky dancers getting into the spirit of the season.

  • Where/When: 3-7 p.m. Sat, Oct. 29 at .
  • Why Go: The Richmond Beach Community Association's annual Halloween Carnival is a timeless tradition in the community. This event features traditional carnival games with prizes, inflatables, a haunted house, a raffle and food. As far as old-fashioned carnivals go, this one is truly exceptional and prices are family friendly. Children and parents are encouraged to wear costumes.
  • Pricing: Free. Because parking is limited, please walk or carpool if possible.

  • Where/When: 5-11 p.m. through Monday at the Nile Golf Course in Mountlake Terrace. 
  • Why Go: Get ready for a ghoulishy good time at the First Annual Nile Country Club Haunted House. Delight in the fright as you embark on our scream-worthy haunted tour. Family fun 5-7 p.m., full scare 7-11 p.m. 
  • Pricing: $10 per person.

  • Where/When:  12-4 p.m. on Sun, Oct. 30 at
  • Why Go: Looking for a pet friendly Halloween activity this weekend? Check out the 3rd Annual Firdale Furry Festival in Edmonds this Sunday. Activities include raffles, food, and pet friendly vendor booths. Come see the doggie costume contest, the warm water therapy demos and meet the other vendors. Leashed, socialized dogs welcome!
