• Why Go: Get your live theatre fix this weekend with SCC's production of the musical, She Loves Me. Many musical theater enthusiasts considerShe Loves Me to be the best musical theater piece ever written. And if this rendition is anything like previous SCC's productions, it'll be well worth the price of admission.

• Why Go: Rock Out ALS is boasting a line up of local star studded rare performances (view our for the full band line-up). Just like the retro MTV series, Unplugged expect an exciting and intimate environment all rolled into one. Not really sure what to expect? Watch some of the many videos posted the Rock Out ALS Facebook page to get an idea of what you're in for.
• Pricing: Tickets are $10. Proceeds will help to raise awareness of Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), which is better known as Lou Gehrig's Disease.

• Why Go: Join author Rosanne Parry for a reading from her newest novel, Second Fiddle. This fast-paced, coming-of-age story is filled with adventure, music, friendship, and intrigue. There will even be local fiddle players on hand to set the mood for this special Sunday afternoon at Third Place Books.

• Why Go: Come help mark the Pink Polka Dots Guild's fifth anniversary with this community Art Sale and Exhibition. Founded in 2006 after the death of a Lake Forest Park sixth grader from a brain tumor, the Pink Polka Dots have raised over $330,000 for pediatric brain cancer research. Come celebrate their successes and contribute to their future as you peruse artwork from a wide range of artists. From PPD guild members' photography and sketches to the graciously donated works of professional and well-known artists.
