  • Where/When: Prelims start at 5 p.m., PPV event starts at 6 p.m. at Mondo's Sports Bar in Lynnwood.
  • Why Go: Mondo's is one of the few places you can catch the fights this Saturday. The fight card is stacked and should make for a night of unforgettable fights! Stick around after the fights and close the night out with DJ Manny.
  • Pricing: No cover.

  • Where/When: Noon- 5 p.m. Saturday at ArtWorks.
  • Why Go: Take care of all your Mother's Day shopping in one spot this Saturday at the Edmonds Spring Gift Show. More than 15 local artists and home-based businesses will be on site selling jewelery, chocolates, home furnishings, handbags, candles, arts and crafts and knickknacks.

  • Where/When: 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. on Saturday at Shoreline Park and Ride (Aurora Avenue North and 192nd Street).
  • Why Go: If your household recently went through its annual spring cleaning marathon, this event might be just what you need to finally get the junk out the door. Load up all the items that the garbage haulers wouldn't take away and bring it to Shoreline Park and Ride for a safe and clean disposal. 
  • Pricing: The event is free to all Shoreline residents; bring the event flier or show proof of residency.

  • Where/When: 11 a.m. - 4 p.m. Saturday at Henrybuilt in Georgetown.
  • Why Go: If your house is in the middle of a remodeling project, or if you're just in the market for some new home furnishings. The list of participating vendors is huge, so you won't have to worry about driving from dealer to dealer—they'll all be in one spot.
  • Price: Admission is free.

  • Where/When: 7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Sunday at  in Shoreline.
  • Why Go: They Shall Walk is a medical research organization founded to raise awareness of the plight of disabled persons and develop technology to improve their quality of life. Help support their cause this Sunday by attending the Trade Fair and Classic Car show. Watch the classic rides cruise up and down Aurora Avenue, then get a closer look inside the Sears Plaza. After you've seen the car show, be sure to check out the booths set up along the sidewalks around Sears.
