SCC Names Caitlin Roussopolos And Hannah Stranger As "Women's Basketball Players of the Week"

Shoreline Community College announced today that sophomore Caitlin Roussopolos and freshman Hannah Stanger were named SCC Women's Basketball Players of the Week for the week of December 17-23.


Roussopolos, a forward from forward from Nampa Christian High School in Meridan, ID, scored 5 points, had 12 rebounds with 2 assists and 4 steals against Douglas College on Tuesday, December 18th in a 52-48 loss for the Lady Dolphins.

Stanger, a freshman post player from Burley High School in Murtaush, ID, also scored 5 points, had 10 rebounds, 2 assists and had a blocked shot in the game against Douglas College.

SCC finished the pre-region schedule with a 6-4 record and next will play Everett Community College on January 5 at EVCC in the opening NWAACC Northern Region game of the year.
