This is the pathway leading to the Windermere office on Ballinger Way just across from the LFP Grill.

That is not where I took the picture, Dan, but maybe the same tile is used--I'll check it out today. In the meantime, any more guesses anyone?

I believe it is on the sidewalk in front of LFP City Hall.

You are right lovespurple and Carol! I tried to confirm the tile on the path, Dan, but I didn't find it, though it may well be there.I took the photo in the foyer of Lake Forest Park City Hall, but the tile motif appears outside the building as well. Maybe I can stump your eagle eyes with a colorful Shoreline sculpture next week!
