Visions for Vacancy: What Should Go in Next to Subway and Baskin Robbins at LFP Towne Centre?

In this semi-regular feature we ask Patch readers what kind of retailers they would like to see in vacant spaces

Have you ever walked past an empty storefront or vacant lot in Shoreline or Lake Forest Park and thought to yourself, "You know what would be great here…"

Now's your chance.

Patch will feature an empty storefront or vacant lot on a semi-regular basis and ask, "What would you like to see here?"

Some of these locations will have been empty for some time, while others are nearly move-in ready.

Lake Forest Park Towne Centre has had several vacancies filled in the last couple years including the opening of Planet Fitness in February 2011, the opening of Ross in July 2011 and Swirl Frozen Yogurt in spring 2012.

But south end of the mall has had a vacancy for some time between Subway and Baskin Robbins.

What would you like to see there? Tell us in the comment section below.

Do you have an idea for "Visions for Vacany?" Let us know what you'd like to see in this feature by sending a note (and a photo, if you have one) to tony.dondero@patch.com and it just might appear in our next article.

A Hallmark would be nice in LFP.

A bicycle shop would be very convenient, especially given the location is so close to the Burke-Gilman trail and the number of ardent cyclists in LFP.
