During the last week, Shoreline-Lake Forest Park Patch has welcomed Kevin Scott as our newest blogger.

Scott currently manages the Windermere Northlake office located in Lake Forest Park and has more than 30 years of experience in Real Estate.

In his first blog on Patch, Is buying a home in today’s busy market a good idea?, Scott suggests homebuyers look at the current and projected market conditions when deciding to buy a home.

"So while waiting for more inventory to become available and the market to cool off may appear to make sense," Scott wrote, "it is likely that both homes prices and interest rates will be higher six to 12 months from now."
