Pet of the week - Eliza

Sweet and playful kitty

From pound puppies to purebred cats, Patch spotlights pets who enjoy what Shoreline/Lake Forest Park has to offer. For some cats, like this week’s pet Eliza, all they need is a loving and safe home.

This beautiful 2 1/2 year old black & brown tiger-striped female, weighs 10 pounds.

She is a sweet girl that came to Homeward Pet Adoption Center from eastern, Washington. She is spayed and is looking for her forever home.

Eliza love cuddles and attention and is good with other cats. While she is a bit shy at first, she settles in quickly to show her playful and loving side.

She deserves to be pampered.

Homeward is located at 18800 Woodinville-Snohomish Road. Adoption hours are Wednesday through Friday from 2-7 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 12-6 p.m. Call for more information 425-488-4444 or on the web at www.homewardpet.org/adoptme.

Homeward Pet will be able to help even more animals like Eliza, when they move into a new building this fall. More than twice the size of the current facility, the new location will allow the non profit to care for more animals and expand the veterinary clinic to provide more low-cost spay, neuter and microchip services to the community.

Homeward Pet is funded entirely through generous tax-deductible donations.
