Neighbors Help Neighbors with SWEL Timebanking Program

SWEL allows neighbors in Shoreline, Lake Forest Park, Woodway and Edmonds to help each other by exchanging their labor for various tasks.

Shoreline and Lake Forest Park residents can learn how neighbors are helping neighbors with an exchange of time and services, instead of money, on Tuesday at a SWEL Timebanking information session.

The orientation will be 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 3, at the Richmond Beach Library, 19601 21st Ave NW, Shoreline, WA 98177.

Through timebanking, neighbors in Shoreline, Lake Forest Park, Woodway and Edmonds can help each other by exchanging their labor for tasks such as tutoring, animal care, cooking, cleaning and more.
