More deer sightings in LFP

Deer sightings in the area spreading to Shoreline.

Since summer, LFP residents have been spotting deer in the area. These pictures were snapped last month from a LFP balcony.  Also, recently, there was a reported nighttime deer sighting near the Richmond Beach Library. Tomorrow, Tues. Nov. 29 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Third Place Commons, the Lake Forest Park Community Wildlife Task Force members and city staff will be holding an open house on the Wildlife Management Plan.

The Wildlife Task Force is looking to answer questions and get the input from the community but not specifically focusing on deer sightings. Patch would like to hear about your sightings. Send us your pictures. Just remember, be careful, they are still wild animals.
