Found female dog on Brookside Blvd.

I found a young female dog running loose on Brookside Blvd. from roughly 10:00 am to noon on Tues. March 27. Collar but no tags. Scared.

I am keeping the dog in the fenced front yard until the owner can be found.

I have been told by a neighbor that this dog is often running loose. Not good! Brookside is a busy street.
