Exciting Gifted Summer Camp at The Overlake School Mixes Academics, Recreation

Summer Institute for the Gifted (SIG) at the Overlake School is open to gifted and academically talented students ages 4-12. This unique 3-week program combines academics with social, cultural and recreational opportunities for a truly engaging summer.

Students select from course offerings including: Under the Sea: Diving into Marine Science; The Detective, Master of Mysteries and The Funny Business of Humor!  Courses are available in several disciplines and are taught at levels appropriate for each age group.

SIG at the Overlake School will run July 1-July 19, 2013.  Students are recommended to apply early as availability is limited.

SIG programs are run at 22 locations nationwide. In addition to Day programs, Residential and Commuter programs are available for students ages 9-17 at locations including Harvard, Yale, Princeton and The University of Chicago. A Residential College Prep program is also available for students ages 15-18.

SIG is a program of NSGT, a 501(c)(3) organization, separately administered and operated by SIG, and is independent of any existing higher education program associated with any host campus.
